Size issues

If you have specific questions regarding models, which one is right for you or if you have questions about our models. Feel free to contact us and we'll go through it and find your perfect shoes together!

You can find the size chart on each model page, should you not find what you are looking for, just contact us. The size chart considers the inside measurement of the shoes.

All Topo shoes have a distinctive fit - with a focus on a tight fit around the heel and arch, and then have a very generous toe box. If you feel you need a little help along the way, feel free to contact us at info@topoathletic.se

Topo's are ergonomically designed according to the natural shape of the foot - where we place great emphasis on support around the arch and heel and then give more room in the toe box. Our shoes are perceived as slightly smaller in size, so we recommend that you choose a half size larger than what you normally wear. If it happens to be the wrong size, there is no problem, for the first 30 days you as a customer have a free return and can therefore change to another size.

At the moment we don't have specifically wide lasts on our shoes, but this is certainly something we will have at Topo in the future!

Our women's shoes are generally a D-last in the forefoot with a B-last from the arch to the back.

For the men, we have E/EE in the forefoot and D-read from the instep and back to the heel.

Order / Returns / Exchanges

For the first 30 days, you as a customer have a free return with the return slip that came with your first shipment. All returned goods must be in original packaging and in unused condition, with all tags still attached. Affix the correct return shipping label to the return package. Note that it is important to stick the new return waybill on top of the old waybill.

Should you still want to return something for any reason or have lost your return slip, just email us at info@topoathletic.se then we will help!

For returns on discounted products, we charge a fee of SEK 49 for the return. This fee is deducted from the refund.

Fortunately, this rarely happens, but sometimes you get unlucky and get a pair of shoes that simply don't fit. If this happens, please contact us immediately at info@topoathletic.se with a picture and a small explanation of what is wrong, we will of course set everything right!

Unfortunately, as soon as your order is confirmed we cannot make any changes, as they immediately go to our warehouse for pick & pack.

General questions

All of us who have tried a pair of Topo know that they have a very unique fit that is adapted to the ergonomic shape of the foot. However, the way you tie the shoes plays a very important role in the general fit, we have some tips & tricks on how to tie the shoes that you can take part in here!

All Topo's models are designed with a very low drop. We believe this helps and promotes a natural loading of the foot through your running stride. That being said, you don't need to change anything in the way you run

Do not wash your Topo shoes in a washing machine, nor dry them in a tumble dryer.

Start by removing the insole, this should be cleaned with a damp sponge and a mild detergent, after this you can rinse out the sole with warm water and let it air dry, but not in direct sunlight.

If you expose the shoes to extreme heat, the shoes may delaminate, or some of the materials we use may lose their function.

We do not use latex or animal products as materials or glues in our models. Rekovr is the only shoe in our catalog that is not vegan, as it has ethically sourced wool as one of its materials.

In our ambassador program you will find everything from elite athletes, health coaches and running trainers - to regular exercisers who spread our philosophy around running shoes.

We review all our ambassadors at the beginning of each new year. But of course we have ongoing monitoring and contact with those of you who apply to become a Topo ambassador.

Anyone who likes Topo Athletic is more than welcome to apply for an ambassador spot, you don't have to be elite or professional to apply. Instead, we are looking for runners who love our products and want to spread our philosophy regarding running shoes.
