AURA 2 WIDE

Aura 2 is Topo Athletic's stability shoe for the road. It has max cushioning, a 5 mm drop and the roomy toe box all Topo shoes share. The Y-Frame Guidance System supports the inside of the midsole and keeps the foot steady through the whole stride. The shoe is built for daily running and walking, for anyone who wants support without a shoe that feels controlling. The Wide model has a wider fit than the standard model, in the toe box, midfoot and heel.

How Aura 2 Wide is built

• Y-Frame Guidance System. A supporting frame on the inside of the midsole that cradles the foot and gives an even, stable feel from heel to toe.

• ZipFoam midsole, 38/33 mm stack height. Max cushioning that is soft on landing and responsive on toe-off.

• Wide fit. More room than the standard model in the toe box, midfoot and heel. Toes can spread. Midfoot and heel stay secure.

• New engineered mesh upper. Breathable, with a redesigned heel counter and tongue.

• OrthoLite Performance insole. Soft step-in feel and long service life.

• High-abrasion rubber outsole. Grip and durability on asphalt and gravel.

• Weight 303 g in US 9 (EU 42.5).

What is new in Aura 2

The 38/33 mm platform and the Y-Frame Guidance System are the same as in the first Aura. New are the engineered mesh upper with a redesigned heel counter, a tongue with more padding and a high-abrasion rubber outsole. Weight is 10.6 oz against 10.9 oz in US 9 for the previous model.
